Job Overview
The Earthley Quality Team seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist who can help uphold our commitment to quality across every stage of product development and packaging. This individual will monitor and inspect raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure compliance with Earthley’s high standards. The ideal candidate should understand FDA standards, have hands-on quality experience in a production environment, and be passionate about clean, natural wellness. We seek a detail-oriented, analytical collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Objectives of This Role
- Ensure all Earthley products meet established internal and external quality standards
- Support compliance with industry regulations and safety practices
- Provide continuous feedback to improve production processes
- Accurately document inspections, tests, and quality audits
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a strong understanding of Earthley’s product and quality standards
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, packaging, and finished products
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspections, and test results
- Communicating quality concerns clearly and effectively with production and procurement teams
- Assist in identifying and eliminating defects or inefficiencies in production
- Audit production documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Uphold knowledge of FDA and GMP regulations and ensure adherence to those standards
- Collaborate across departments to support product integrity and quality initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality assurance within a production or manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with FDA or GMP compliance standards
- Knowledge of or interest in natural health and wellness products
