Duties
- Support quality assurance activities under the guidance of senior QA staff.
- Assist in performing routine product inspections and process audits.
- Collect and organize quality-related data, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Help maintain QA records, logs, and reports in compliance with internal procedures.
- Prepare and file quality documentation, including batch records and deviation reports.
- Assist in tracking and following up on non-conformances or quality issues.
- Collaborate with production and lab teams to support continuous quality improvements.
- Follow established safety and cleanliness standards in all QA-related tasks.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with basic quality assurance principles and practices.
- Comfortable working with documentation and spreadsheets.
- Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Experience with Google Workspace tools.
- Prior experience in a QA, laboratory, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
