About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable Lab Assistant to join our skin care manufacturing team! This role is hands-on — you’ll help with compounding bulk skincare products, preparing materials, and keeping the lab clean and organized.
What You’ll Do
- Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials for bulk skincare batches
- Assist with product testing and quality checks
- Clean, maintain, and organize lab equipment and tools
- Follow all safety and production protocols
- Restock and track lab supplies
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, production-style environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Previous compounding, lab, or manufacturing experience is a plus (training provided!)
