Earth Harbor Naturals is looking for a dependable Lab Assistant to join our fast-growing bulk lab team. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and excited about working with natural products, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials for skincare batches
• Assist with product testing and quality control checks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment
• Restock and track lab supplies
• Follow production/lab and safety protocols to ensure high-quality products

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail & ability to follow precise instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
• Comfortable in a hands-on, lab environment
• Previous compounding, lab, or manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train you!)
