Ethical Earth Brands creates clean, ethical wellness products. As we grow, we’re preparing for ISO certification and OTC compliance, and we’re looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support these efforts.
Role Overview
This role is primarily administrative but will focus heavily on coordinating our ISO and OTC compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, documentation-driven, and excited about supporting structured systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, prepare, and maintain documentation for ISO and OTC compliance.
- Support the development and management of SOPs and controlled documents.
- Track timelines, tasks, and project milestones.
- Coordinate communication with internal teams, consultants, and auditors.
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure proper version control.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document creation, and workflow organization.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills required.
- Experience with ISO, OTC, or regulated environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of documentation and deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
