Location: Telecommute (Designated Office: Palm Springs, FL)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (M-Th: 8AM-5:30PM/Fri: 8AM-12PM)
Pay: up to $18.62 per hour commensurate with experience

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering exceptional customer care, and communicating with diverse populations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Creole is required.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for callers seeking support and resources. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Scheduling appointments and responding to client and provider inquiries
- Providing general information on available community resources
- Accurately gathering details and entering information into various databases
- Managing email communication and updating records
- Assisting providers with questions or requests
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual proficiency in English & Creole– Required (read, write, speak).
- High school diploma (Associate Degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience, especially with high call volume
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent data entry and typing skills (swift and accurate)
- High reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
- Compassionate, empathetic mindset with a customer-first approach
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues
