We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering orders and quoting customers what they request. You will be tasked to learning material grades of material and making sure that material meets all customer requirement concerning specs, sizes and quantities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails.
- Utilize software tools to manage customer interactions and track orders until they are delivered.
- Communicate products clearly to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customers are aware of any issues or delays with their shipments.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively quote customers and close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
