Job Description:
Earl Duff Preowned Center and Duff Outdoor Equipment are looking to add a motivated, driven Sales Representative to our team in Harriman, TN. This unique position offers the opportunity to sell both preowned vehicles and new outdoor equipment, including Bobcat mowers, tractors, and ground maintenance equipment.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with customers across both automotive and equipment sales, and who ideally has a background or familiarity with tractors, landscaping equipment, or similar machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting preowned vehicles and outdoor equipment that fit their needs
- Generate and follow up on sales leads (phone, online, and in-person)
- Present and demonstrate equipment and vehicle features
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Complete and process all required sales paperwork accurately
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Stay knowledgeable on current inventory and product offerings
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive or equipment sales is a plus)
- Background or familiarity with tractors, mowers, or outdoor equipment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling paperwork and following structured sales processes
