Earl Duff Preowned Center is a small, family owned business in Harriman, TN. We have a full service center and have been in business for over 50 years.
We are looking for a skilled B-LEVEL Auto Mechanic to maintain and repair vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and performing repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications. Pay will be based on experience and capability.
Responsibilities to Include:
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
- Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
- Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
- Keep logs on work and issues
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
- Automotive repair: 3 years (Required)
- Automotive diagnostics: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- ASE Certification (Preferred)
- ASE A8 Engine Performance Certification (Preferred)
