Job Overview
Earl Duff Preowned Center and Duff Outdoor Equipment are seeking a dependable, hardworking Detailer to join our growing team in Harriman, Tennessee. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining the appearance of our preowned vehicle inventory, new and used outdoor power equipment, tractors, and customer units.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and detail preowned vehicles for sale
- Clean and prepare new and used tractors, mowers, skid steers, side-by-sides, and outdoor equipment
- Perform interior and exterior detailing to dealership standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, lot, and equipment display areas
- Inspect completed units for quality and presentation
- Move vehicles and equipment around the property as needed
- Assist with deliveries, inventory organization, and general dealership upkeep
- Help prepare units for customer pickup and delivery
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with tractors, mowers, construction equipment, or automotive dealerships is a plus

Schedule
- Full-Time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
