Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing administrative support to enhance productivity. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and make outbound calls to current patients.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical receptionist or administrative roles are preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
