Overview
We're hiring a bilingual Spanish and English speaker to onboard new e-bike and e-scooter logistics drivers at our warehouse. You'll conduct ten-minute intake interviews, walk candidates through the app, take them on a live task ride-along, and get them started as contractors.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English, physically able to lift and handle forty-pound e-bikes, tech-savvy with mobile apps, reliable and on-time, strong interpersonal skills, ability to stay calm and patient with diverse candidates, team player.

Compensation
Five dollars per onboarding meeting, plus twenty dollars bonus when your candidate completes fifty tasks.
Schedule
Interviews scheduled anytime from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
