Patient Care Coordinator
Eagle Vision One is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team!

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience from check-in to check-out.
- Answer a multi-line phone system.
- Schedule appointments and verify insurance benefits.
- Process insurance billing and accurately post payments. Assist with additional administrative and front office responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable learning insurance processes and payment posting.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable and committed to providing exceptional service.
Previous experience with medical or vision insurance billing is a plus, but not required.
Applicants selected for an interview will complete an aptitude assessment.
Requirements
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
