Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Optician. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting patients in selecting frames that complement their face shape, skin tone, and personal style.
- Take precise measurements to ensure accurate fit and optimal vision correction.
- Assist with fitting glasses and lenses, ensuring maximum comfort.
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and treatments available.
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed.
- Managing patient records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Learn to interpret and verify optical prescriptions.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.
- Interest in learning about optical technology and products.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
