Overview
We’re looking for detail-oriented, dependable Cabin Inspectors to join our team! In this role, you’ll help ensure our vacation rental properties are guest-ready—clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. You’ll conduct final inspections, identify any missed cleaning or maintenance needs, and uphold our high standards of quality and presentation.
This is a key role that directly impacts guest satisfaction, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering great first impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vacation rental cabins to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards
- Report any maintenance or cleaning issues
- Keep detailed records of completed inspections
- Communicate with other departments, guests, and property owners
- Use company vehicle for site inspections (valid driver’s license and clean driving record required)
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Physically able to climb stairs and kneel
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
- Clean driving record
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time
- Set weekly schedule
- Bi-weekly pay
