We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Technician to help us keep our vacation homes in top condition. If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and making a real impact, this could be the role for you!
Your Role:
- Complete a variety of repair and upkeep tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, drywall, and minor electrical work
- Receive training to service HVAC systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot hot tubs (experience preferred but not required)
- Conduct property inspections to ensure rentals meet guest-ready standards
- Interact with property owners, guests, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
- Use mobile tools to track assignments, log repair details, and close work orders
What You Bring:
Experience:
- General maintenance or facilities work experience is required, with experience in vacation rentals a plus!
Skills & Capabilities:
- Comfort with general repairs and common tools
- Confidence using mobile apps and smartphones for task management
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work at heights or in outdoor weather
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Must-Haves:
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Dependable personal transportation and your own basic tool set
- Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional overtime
- Able to pass a background check

Location Requirements:
- Must be able to commute to or reside near Pigeon Forge, TN 37863
- Willing to relocate before starting if not currently local
