Job Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Customer Service (E-Commerce) associate to support our corporate clients through order workflow management, customer support, and digital store coordination.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their career (1–3 years). This is not a retail or call center role and is not a senior-level or management position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Order Support
  • Support corporate clients with order questions, timelines, and updates
  • Manage orders from placement through delivery
  • E-Commerce & Systems Coordination
  • Monitor order flow in Shopify, ShipStation, Marketfuel
  • Manage Zendesk tickets and update JotForm items
  • Data & Reporting Support
  • Pull and organize data
  • Build basic reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work with purchasing, warehouse, production, and finance teams


Required Qualifications

  • 1 – 3 years of work experience in the promotional products, custom apparel, or branded merchandise industry (REQUIRED)
  • Experience in a customer service, account support, or client-facing role (B2B)
  • Hands-on experience managing custom orders, order workflows, or company store programs
  • Experience supporting order lifecycle coordination (order entry → production → shipping → delivery)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • Experience working with e-commerce or order management systems (Shopify, ShipStation, ERP, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
