Position Overview
Eagle Promotions is seeking an experienced Apparel Product Developer to help bring custom apparel collections from concept to production for major national brands, theme parks, and retail clients. This role partners with design, sourcing, and sales to develop innovative garments while managing the technical and production details that bring products to market.

What You’ll Do
- Manage apparel product development from concept through production
- Create and maintain accurate technical packages (tech packs) for garment production
- Work with domestic and international factories to hit design, quality, cost, and timeline targets
- Review garment samples, fit, construction, and grading; attend fittings and update spec sheets
- Approve fabrics, trims, colors, and embellishment strike-offs through all sample stages
- Maintain trackers/spreadsheets and PO worksheets to support import and domestic production
- Identify development or construction issues and recommend solutions to the Creative Sales team
- Research new materials, construction methods, and trends to improve performance and style

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Apparel, Business, or related field
- 3 years of apparel product development experience
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics/textiles (knits and wovens), and specs
- Experience building and managing tech packs and development calendars
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
