Flexible Hours Seasonal Project
We are seeking detail‑oriented and reliable Retail Merchandisers to complete a Spring/Summer footwear reset project in a major grocery chain. This project involves updating a freestanding footwear display, condensing winter styles, and transitioning the display to seasonal sandals.
This is an excellent opportunity for self‑motivated individuals who enjoy independent work in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Locate the footwear display inside the store (commonly near seasonal aisles, pharmacy, or front checkout).
- Check the store’s receiving area for backstock, signage, and display parts.
- Take required site verification, before, and after photos of each display side (clear, straight-on images).
- Condense winter products and replenish the display with backstock as needed.
- Transition the display by placing spring/summer sandals on one dedicated side of the fixture.
- Submit a full report in the designated mobile app, including photos and comments.
- Communicate with store staff as required upon arrival.
Requirements
- Reliable smartphone with the required reporting app installed
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift footwear boxes as needed
- Clean, professional attire
- Ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions and complete all required photos
- Strong communication skills when interacting with store staff
- Access to transportation to travel to assigned store locations
