Resident Care Associate Team Lead
Full-Time: 80 hours per 2 week pay period

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an AM RCA-Team Lead for our 34-apartment High Acuity Assisted Living, CBRF. The PM RCA-Team Lead in High Acuity Assisted acts as a Resident Care Associate and mentor/trainer for new and current staff. This role works Monday through Friday and has an on-call weekend scheduling rotation for Eagle Crest South. Our building is also home to memory care and independent living residents.

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with personal care, daily activities while helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
- This position includes medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other related tasks.
- Mentors and trains new and current staff on quality care practices, person-centered care, and daily tasks of their position.
- Previous direct care experience, preferred
- Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team!
- Our starting rate is between $18.50 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion. And regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!
- We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $0.75 PM, $ 2.00-weekend shift differential, and incentive pay.
- These certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!
