Resident Care Assistant
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities: Days of the week may vary however the majority of our open positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
Full-Time: 68-80 hours per 2 week pay period
Part-Time: 6 hours per 2 week pay period
Casual Call: Build your own part-time schedule, with varying weekend requirements

AM: 6:00am-10:00am | 6:30am-12:30pm | 6:45am-12:45pm | 6:45am-2:15pm | 6:45am-3:15pm | 7:00am–1:00pm | 7:00am–2:00pm | 7:30am-2:30pm | 8:00am-12:00pm
PM: 1:00pm - 8:30pm | 2:00pm-9:00pm | 3:00pm-11:15pm | 3:30pm-6:30pm | 3:45pm-11:15pm | 4:30-8:30pm | 5:00pm-10:00pm | 6:00pm-10:00pm | 7:00pm-11:00pm
NOC: 10:15pm-6:15am | 10:30pm-6:30am | 10:45pm–6:45am | 11:00pm-7:00am
Resident Care Assistant
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking Resident Care staff to support the residents in our La Crosse, Holmen, and Onalaska, WI facilities. We have a range of residents that are independent, to others who require mechanical lifts, assistance with medication administration, and other activities of daily living.
Depending on experience and interest you could be matched to traditional Assisted Living, High Acuity assisted living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing units supporting our residents with specialized care.
What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain dignity and as much independence as possible
- Responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, laundry and a variety of other tasks
- Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
- Transport residents to meals and activities, document daily care, etc.
- Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident well-being and safety.

- We pay more for previous direct care experience
- We pay more for Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State)
- We pay more for CBRF Certification
Our Wages
- Our starting rate is between $18.00 and $24.80 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion.
- Premium Pay for Every Weekend Option staff
- We also offer a $1.25 - 1.65 / hr PM, $3.00 / hr NOC, Plus weekend shift differential as well as on-call and pick up incentives.
- Regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!
Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay
- Previous direct care experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience
- CBRF Certification(s)
- Full-Time Position vs Part-Time/Casual Call
- Float
