Eagle Crest Communities is looking for a caring and compassionate nurse to join our team of dedicated staff! This position will work alongside the Facility Manager serving up to 24 residents at Hearten House I & II.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the oversite and provision of medication management and treatment services, physical and behavioral assessments of the residents, actively maintaining Individual Service Plans using staff input, and maintaining compliance with CBRF regulations (DHS 83) and Program Statements.

What You’ll Do

• In this position, the Nurse will become familiar with each resident’s care needs, work with the residents and other care providers related to medical concerns, new admission and routine assessments as well as discharge planning.
• This nurse will educate and supervise Resident Care staff in medication administration and resident care, delegating tasks as appropriate.
• Collaborate in a supportive environment with our Triage Nurse Team

What You’ll Need

• Eligible to practice nursing in the State of Wisconsin
• The ability to think critically and problem solve with staff and available resources
  
• Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software
• Experience working with geriatric population and/or memory care is beneficial, but not required
• Resident Care experience a plus!
• One year of prior nursing experience preferred but not required—We will train the right fit for our team!  

Our Wages

• $39.50-$43.00
