Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a talented Cook to join our top-notch culinary team at our Eagle Crest North facility. Our kitchen provides meals for 18 memory care residents, 42 assisted living residents, 70 independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest North. We also prepare and transport meals to our Holmen community.

- Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 or more shifts a month; 2 on the weekend

What You’ll Do
- Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by creating attractive and nutritious meals while maintaining accurate meal documentation records.
- Prepare meals relative to the nutritional needs of the residents, dietician recommendations, and Individual Service Plans (ISP) when necessary
- Cook experience is beneficial and preferred, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team!
- Must be willing and eager to cook from scratch, have a positive attitude, and be customer service focused
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record; positions will occasionally require transporting meals to other communities.
- Willing to train those with informal cooking experience who show positive character and work ethic
- Starting wage is between $18.50 and $24.00 per hour, based on your position, experience and qualifications. (Prep Cook, Production Cook, Line Cook, etc.)
- Assistant Cook/Trainee: $16.50
- We pay for high performance - we will review your wage at 100 days!
