Schedule: Flexible schedule of 28 hours per week with nights and weekends as required

What drives the core purpose of this job:
The Greeter/Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact at the FRC, creating a welcoming and accessible environment for families. This role supports daily operations by assisting with participant engagement, program activities, and childcare, while also providing administrative support, including data entry and coordination tasks.
What are the key responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet families to the FRC
- Assist with participant sign-in and attendance tracking
- Co-facilitate parent-child activities and open play times
- Provide childcare support during workshops
- Assist with outreach and promotional activities
- Support data entry and filing
- Assists with administrative tasks
- Answer, screen and direct phone calls, and perform receptionist function.
- Perform typing and general office duties.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Schedule appointments.
What key knowledge, skills, and abilities are required to excel in this role:
- High School Diploma or educational equivalent preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Minimum of one year of prior office work experience required. Not for Profit or criminal justice agency experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in office and computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar program, and e-mail and/or database software skills necessary to perform job responsibilities.
- General office skills required including a pleasant phone manner and good organizational and interpersonal skills.
