Senior Accountant

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with deep expertise in intercompany accounting, lease accounting, multi‑currency operations, payroll accounting, and global month‑end close activities. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across multiple regions and legal entities. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning complex accounting areas end‑to‑end, partnering across global finance teams, and supporting audit and reporting requirements in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead resolution of historical intercompany issues
• Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly intercompany recharge entries
• Perform foreign currency remeasurement and translation
• Prepare monthly payroll‑related journal entries
• Manage lease accounting activities
• Execute month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain ERP master data and support system integrations
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience in a multi‑entity, international environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control requirements
• Hands‑on experience with SAP (FI/CO preferred), consolidation tools (FCCS / HFM), lease accounting systems (Costar/LeaseQuery), and advanced Excel
• Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations, meet tight close deadlines, and operate independently
• Strong communication skills with experience partnering across multiple time zones

Preferred:

• CPA or equivalent certification
