EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by a mid-size real estate organization seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all core HR functions, with a strong emphasis on employment law compliance and employee relations. This role partners closely with leadership to support a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workplace.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and New Jersey employment laws
- Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and HR policies
- Advise leadership on HR strategy, risk management, and workforce planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on compliance and employee relations
- In-depth knowledge of New Jersey employment laws
- HR certification (SHRM or PHR) preferred
The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000–$110,000, plus bonus opportunity.
