Key Responsibilities
- Own the monthly close process from start to finish
- Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting
- Oversee cash management and cash flow reporting
- Manage payroll processing and related reconciliations
- Handle sales tax filings and compliance
- Support budgeting and basic financial analysis as needed
- Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Serve as the primary accounting point of contact for ownership and leadership
