What are the responsibilities and job description for the FP&A Manager position at E78 Talent?
We are working with a PE Backed Data Center Infrastructure client looking to add a FP&A Manager to the team. This person will work closely with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, strategic initiatives, modeling, analysis, etc. Small team but will manage an Analyst that sits in another state and help build out the finance team as they grow. Casual work environment near the Galleria and open to in office or a hybrid schedule.
Ideally 6-7 years FP&A experience & Private Equity experience preferred; open to light supervisor/manager. Very hands-on role and TONS of growth potential as they are looking to build out 6-8 new data centers within the next 5 years.
Pay may be somewhat flexible but thinking around $130-160k 30% bonus, full benefits, 401k w/ match and upward growth.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
