Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Harvest Elevator Operator to join our agricultural operations team. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of grain and other harvested materials within the grain elevator facility. The successful candidate will oversee the operation of material handling equipment, maintain safety standards, and support the overall productivity of the harvest process. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform operational duties in a wheat processing facility.
- Receive wheat through train and truck operations, manage blending and storage.
- Monitor machinery, process parameters, and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain HACCP, GMP, and cleaning standards.
- Assist with machinery cleaning, troubleshooting, and general plant operations.
- Learn and operate PLC and Grain Inventory Management systems.
- Train to operate locomotive equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous plant, manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments, dusty conditions, confined spaces, and varying temperatures.
- Ability to climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Good attendance, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
- Respirator fit testing required.
- NDA signature required.
Shift Timings: 1ST SHIFT
Scheduled Days :- Monday - Friday
Weekly schedule: 40 hours

Pay: $18.50 per hour
