Summary:
Responsible for creating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for management by extracting and analyzing data from the Epicor ERP system and manipulating it in Excel to highlight trends, results, and key performance indicators. This role also builds and maintains pricing spreadsheets and implements approved price changes at the account level.
Key responsibilities
- Generate weekly monthly and quarterly Excel reports for customers and management using data pulled from Epicor ERP, clearly showing trends, performance versus targets, and variances.
- Design, maintain, and improve spreadsheet models that support pricing changes, including customer‑specific pricing, discounts, and margin analysis.
- Prepare and document pricing change files and upload templates for accurate entry into the Epicor ERP system and for customers.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations to ensure price changes are correctly reflected in both Excel tools and ERP, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Validate and reconcile report data and pricing updates to ensure completeness and accuracy before distribution or system updates.
Skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data clean‑up, pricing models).
- Strong Epicor navigation and data extraction skills, including working with pricing tables and customer records.
- Ability to interpret data trends and communicate findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
Pay: $24.27 - $29.23 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
