Description:
• Experience with Windows administration
• IIS administration experience
• Experience in a web hosting environment or supporting a development environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and managers
• Strong and proven customer service skills
• Confidentiality sensitive. Knowledge of Windows operating system and standard desktop software packages.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience supporting web applications development using Microsoft technologies
• Experience with network/application monitoring tools
• Preferred professional certification(s): MS Systems Engineer
• Windows PowerShell Scripting is a plus
