Job Description
Must provide white glove experience while performing the required skills needed to ensure a long-lasting client relationship
- Participate in the Implementation of onboarding program
- Documentation of network, hardware, applications, Azure, O365
- Assessing client environment which consist of old hardware, security risk and areas of improvement.
- Deploy and monitor Security Tools
- Exceptional communications with all parties
Qualifications
- 3 years IT experience
- Experience with all current Windows operating systems
- Understanding Active Directory/Group Policy
- O365 administration knowledge
- Firewall assessment and troubleshooting
- Meraki
- SonicWALL
- Cisco
- Fortinet
- Understanding of routers, switches and VLAN.
