What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at E Noa Corporation?
Lead Sales. Drive Revenue. Build Partnerships. Create New Opportunities.
Are you a results-driven sales leader who knows how to build relationships, develop new business, and turn opportunities into revenue?
E Noa Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts across our tourism and transportation businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is motivated by results, comfortable developing business from the ground up, and excited by the opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth.
We are looking for a sales leader who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and relationship-focused — someone who sees an opportunity and takes the initiative to pursue it.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, growing B2B partnerships, increasing revenue, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and helping expand E Noa Corporation's presence in the Hawaii tourism market.
This position offers significant commission opportunities based on performance and revenue growth. The right candidate will be motivated by achieving goals, exceeding sales targets, and building a successful sales operation.
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of sales growth and business development initiatives across the company.
You will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Hawaii tourism and hospitality market.
- Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, wholesalers, corporate clients, concierge partners, and tourism organizations.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting, outreach, networking, and follow-up.
- Establish sales targets, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze sales trends and results to develop strategies that increase bookings and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase partner sales.
- Assist with pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closing major business opportunities.
- Develop strategies for increasing market share and expanding E Noa's customer base.
- Take ownership of sales performance and continuously look for ways to improve results.
Business Development & Partnerships
A major focus of this role will be developing new relationships and creating partnerships that generate long-term revenue.
You will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key tourism and hospitality partners.
- Develop new relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and corporate organizations.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships and new distribution channels.
- Represent E Noa Corporation at networking events, trade shows, industry meetings, and community events.
- Develop customized proposals and partnership opportunities based on client needs.
- Negotiate agreements and work toward mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while identifying opportunities for additional business.
Product & Revenue Development
We want someone who thinks beyond selling existing products.
The Sales Manager will help identify opportunities to create new tours, packages, partnerships, and experiences that can generate additional revenue.
You will:
- Monitor tourism and consumer trends to identify new opportunities.
- Work with Operations and Marketing to develop new products and experiences.
- Identify gaps in the market and recommend new offerings.
- Develop sales strategies for new products and partnerships.
- Provide feedback from customers and partners to help improve our offerings.
- Bring creative ideas forward and take initiative in developing new revenue opportunities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
The Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure sales initiatives are successfully executed.
You will:
- Provide direction and support to sales team members.
- Establish expectations and help the team achieve sales goals.
- Coach and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Work closely with Reservations and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate sales priorities, opportunities, and challenges to leadership.
- Help create a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
B2C Sales & Guest Engagement
While the primary focus is business development and B2B sales, the Sales Manager will also support direct-to-consumer revenue opportunities.
You will:
- Identify opportunities to increase direct sales.
- Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Understand guest needs and recommend appropriate tours and experiences.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the overall sales and guest experience.
What We're Looking For

- An experienced sales leader or business development professional with a proven track record of generating revenue.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable being accountable for sales performance.
- Experienced in B2B sales, business development, account management, or partnership development.
- Confident prospecting, networking, negotiating, and closing business.
- A strong relationship builder who can develop long-term partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
- Strategic while also willing to be hands-on and actively involved in sales.
- Comfortable analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing strategies based on results.
- An effective communicator who can confidently work with clients, partners, executives, and internal teams.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities and relationships.
- Passionate about hospitality, tourism, and creating exceptional experiences.
- Available to work weekends and attend industry or networking events as business needs require.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

- Experience negotiating contracts and closing partnership agreements.
