Qualifications

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage loan files and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and third-party service providers
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in loan processing software and basic computer tools
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
- Prior experience in the mortgage or financial industry: 2 years originating loans
- Maintain NMLS licensure in 25 states
