E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Web Application Developer to support a government client within the IT Department of Homeless Services and Housing (DHSH). The selected candidate will support the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of web-based applications and reporting solutions used to support public health and housing initiatives. This role is ideal for a technically strong analyst who can work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions in a public-sector environment. This position will be hybrid, with 3 days on site and 2 days remote after training, with a duration of 6 months to 1 year with a possibility to extend it. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain web applications using modern Microsoft and JavaScript frameworksSupport application enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance improvementsDevelop and maintain data reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRSPerform research, analysis, and problem resolution related to application issuesWork with relational databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queriesCollaborate with government stakeholders, IT teams, and business usersDocument technical solutions, processes, and system changesEnsure work complies with government standards, policies, and security requirementsRequired QualificationsExperience with ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, and AngularExperience with Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)Strong experience working with relational databases and SQLExcellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and follow through on assignmentsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experienceStrong background in coding languages, databases, and data analytics toolsInterest in new and emerging technologiesExperience supporting or integrating Electronic Health Records (EHR) systemsPrior experience working in a government or public-sector environmentRelevant technical certifications are a plus.Important Notice:This role is part of a proposal for the Maryland Judiciary Agency.
