E-logic is looking for a Mid-Level Application Programmer to join our team supporting the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology from U.S Department of State. Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, coding, modification, and testing of information systems, subsystems, and databases.
- Design, develop, and support web services and re-engineered components aligned with business goals.
- Compile code, correct detected errors, and cooperate with test teams to assist with defects and requirement retesting.
- Prepare clear systems documentation, unit test plans, and actively participate in team peer reviews and configuration management workflows.
- Attend meetings with management, stakeholders, end-users, and developers to ensure requirements are met, and provide customer support as needed.
- Solid programming skills with hands-on experience developing HTTPS/SOAP/Restful web services.
- Practical experience working with XML/JSON formats and XSLT.
- Experience with RDBMS and the normalization of relational databases.
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
