E-logic is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to support the Integrated Personnel Management System (IPMS). This role focuses on establishing, executing, and continually improving build, release, and installation processes, alongside managing code availability, stability, and tracking system alterations for the Integrated Personnel Management System (IPMS) within the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology from U.S Department of State.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain tools/processes for source code version control, package builds, continuous integration, and test automation.
- Manage all pre-release and release-delivery activities, ensuring conformance to internal licensing constraints and guidelines.
- Draft, update, and maintain CM documentation, templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and business standards.
- Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate the Configuration Control Board (CCB), documenting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Process System Change Requests (SCR) and Software Change Proposals (SCP).
- Experience in the end-to-end configuration management process "from developer to consumer".
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, JIRA, Phire, and the Microsoft Azure platform (including software migration and emergency releases).
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall software development environments.
