About the Position:
E Ink is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition and Corporate Learning operations. This is an entry-level role and no previous experience in HR is required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into or grow their career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Corporate Learning, and Employee Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Managing job postings on company website, LinkedIn, and other job boards
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens
- Scheduling interviews for candidates
- Processing and maintaining candidate non-disclosure agreements
- Generating offer letters
- Managing background and reference checks
- Supporting candidates through the interview process
- Handling all internal hiring administration
- Assisting with interview management
- Performing college recruiting, including attending job fairs and networking events
- Sourcing candidates
- Supporting the onboarding process
Corporate Learning
- Handling all course administration requirements, including managing the learning management system, enrolling learners, and coordinating with instructors
- Responding to inquiries from employees
- Supporting the corporate learning committee meeting
- Publishing internal communications about learning opportunities
Employee Engagement
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and events
- Managing weekly lunch providers and internal food & beverage market
- Managing employee shuttle service
We’re looking for someone with:
- A passion for working with people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
- Interest in using AI and other tools to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required
- Previous HR experience helpful but not required
Salary Range Disclosure: The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $32.00, not including any variable pay. The total compensation package may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other variable pay components. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
