What You'll Do
- Coordinate Care Plans: Work with families, caseworkers, and caregivers to ensure personalized, high-quality care
- Manage Authorizations: Ensure services are delivered within approved guidelines and meet client needs
- Oversee Payroll Submissions: Review caregiver timecards for accuracy and payroll processing
- Monitor Billing & Payments: Track invoicing and follow up on outstanding balances
- Recruit & Onboard Staff: Help identify and support caregivers who share our client-first values
- Optional Direct Care: You may choose to provide hands-on care to clients if that aligns with your goals

Qualifications
- 3 years of caregiving experience (personal experience counts)
- Preferred: Experience with disability services or case management
- Comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
