SAP SD / OTC Functional Leader/ Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD / OTC Functional Leader/ Manager to lead and support complex Order-to-Cash initiatives in a global SAP landscape. This role requires strong functional expertise across SAP SD, deep integration knowledge, and the ability to partner with business stakeholders, logistics teams, finance organizations, and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including Quotations, Sales Orders, ATP/aATP, Deliveries, Shipping, Billing, Returns/RMA, and Credit Management.
• Design and configure complex pricing procedures, condition techniques, account determination, and billing processes.
• Work closely with Finance teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and SAP FICO (AR).
• Collaborate with MM, EWM, TM, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to support integrated business processes.
• Lead fit-gap workshops, gather business requirements, and prepare functional specifications and configuration documents.
• Partner with ABAP developers on enhancements involving User Exits, BADIs, IDocs, EDI interfaces, outputs, and Fiori applications.
• Support global SAP template rollouts, localization requirements, and master data governance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces, batch jobs, queues, and performance issues while driving root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Participate in testing activities, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production deployment support.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of hands-on SAP SD / OTC experience.
• Minimum one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in: SAP SD Configuration, Pricing & Condition Technique, ATP/aATP, Shipping & Logistics Execution, Billing & Invoicing, Returns/RMA, Credit Management, Account Determination
• Experience integrating SAP SD with SAP FICO, MM, EWM, TM
• Manufacturing/Production processes
• Strong experience with IDoc, EDI, Outputs, User Exits, BADIs, and Fiori enablement.
• Proven experience leading workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive industry experience.
• Vehicle Management System (VMS) experience.
• Global template rollout and localization experience.
• Experience working in large enterprise SAP environments.
