Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Leader – SD OTC to own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash landscape within a global SAP S/4HANA environment. This role will serve as the primary business-facing SAP OTC leader, responsible for solutioning, architecture, service delivery, and strategic roadmap initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, lead workshops and blueprinting sessions, govern System Integrator (SI) partners, and ensure scalable solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the SAP OTC domain and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and System Integrator partners.
- Lead solution design, architecture discussions, fit-gap analysis, workshops, and business process blueprinting activities.
- Drive end-to-end SAP SD/OTC initiatives covering Order Management, ATP/aATP, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, and Customer Service processes.
- Manage and govern SI partners, ensuring quality delivery, adherence to standards, timelines, and solution integrity.
- Provide functional and architectural leadership across SAP SD and its integrations with FICO, MM, EWM, TM, Manufacturing, and other enterprise applications.
- Oversee production support, enhancements, releases, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder communications, prioritization, governance reviews, and executive-level discussions.
- Drive SAP roadmap planning, process standardization, and adoption of SAP best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of SAP SD/OTC experience with leadership responsibilities in large enterprise SAP environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including Pricing, ATP/aATP, Shipping, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, and integrations.
- Proven experience leading workshops, blueprinting, solution architecture, and business process transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing System Integrators, consulting partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of SAP integrations across FICO, MM, EWM, TM, and Manufacturing.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Automotive industry experience.
- Vehicle Management System (VMS) experience.
- Global template rollout and localization experience.
- Experience in customer-side SAP leadership, governance, and transformation programs.
