Role Description The Training Coordinator role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Fayetteville, AR area, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for coordinating training programs for café teams, including scheduling sessions, organizing materials, and ensuring timely communication with managers and trainees. The Training Coordinator will support the design and delivery of employee training initiatives, track participation and performance, and maintain training records and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with operations leaders to identify training needs, assisting with onboarding for new team members, and helping to improve training content and processes. The role also involves monitoring training effectiveness, preparing reports, and contributing to a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all locations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Training Coordination and Training, including scheduling, organizing sessions, and managing training logistics.
- Experience in Training & Development and Employee Training, with the ability to support onboarding and ongoing learning programs.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with team members at all levels.
- Ability to build relationships with café leaders and team members, fostering a supportive training environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining training records and tracking progress.
- Proficiency with basic office software and learning tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, learning platforms).
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail operations is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in training, HR, or organizational development are a plus.
