New ownership of Shoregate Towers in Willowick Ohio, Dynasty Properties is currently hiring full time painters to paint apartments and hallways. This is a full time, permanent, 40 hours per week position within our company. 1. Must have a valid drivers license
2. Must have reliable transportation to get you to and from work.
3. Must have 1 year residential and/or multifamily painting experience.
4. All painting equipment is provided but must have your own basic hand tools to take off door knobs, blinds and switch plates.
5. Must pass a criminal background check.
