Sales Representative

Pay: $100,000 – $200,000 OTE

THE ROLE

The Sales Representative is the driving force behind Dynamite Roofing's revenue. You will conduct roof inspections, deliver on-site presentations, and close deals. Once a deposit is collected, our operations team takes it from there — no project management, no dealing with insurance companies. Your focus is entirely on generating revenue.

The company provides leads, but a great closer also networks, asks for referrals, and prospects at every opportunity.

If you are willing to work hard, you can earn well over $100,000 in your first year. In your second or third year, you can be making $250,000 – $300,000.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Train daily
• Hit your metrics
• Keep CRM up to date
• Conduct professional roof inspections
• Close deals and secure signed contracts
• Follow up with prospects consistently to convert opportunities
• Identify and present upselling opportunities to maximize value for the homeowner
• Deliver structured in-home sales presentations and guide homeowners through their options
• Self-generate leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting to maintain a full pipeline
• Perform other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION

During onboarding, a training bonus is provided, contingent on completing all required training and onboarding activities.

After onboarding, compensation is fully commission-based, uncapped, and paid weekly. We offer a tiered commission structure — the more you close and collect, the higher your commission rate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and conducting roof inspections
• Daily driving to customer homes, primarily across the greater Wasatch Front
