What You’ll Do

• Own your region — identify, develop, and close opportunities with commercial builders, contractors, and property managers.
• Build relationships that last — with customers, dealers, and team members who love what they do.
• Make strategy fun — help shape our regional growth plans while keeping things creative and lighthearted.
• Team up with awesome people — work alongside installers, designers, and sales pros who know how to get the job done and have fun doing it.
• Celebrate wins — because every new account, every happy client, and every successful project deserves a high-five (and maybe a barbecue).

What You Bring

• Experience in sales or business development (bonus points if you know doors, gates, construction, or B2B sales).
• A knack for connecting with people and turning handshakes into long-term partnerships.
• A self-starter attitude — you know how to run your territory like it’s your own business.
