What a Typical Day Looks Like

Your day is built around helping patients move better, feel better, and get back to the activities that matter most to them.

You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, guide exercise progressions, perform hands-on treatment when appropriate, and build strong relationships with the people you work with every day.

You will also collaborate with other clinicians throughout the clinic, ask questions when needed, share ideas on patient cases, and continue developing your clinical reasoning in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative and sports-related injuries
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to support strong patient outcomes
• Build strong patient relationships while delivering high-quality outpatient care

Requirements and Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Doctor of Physical Therapy required
• New grads and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required for new grads
• Interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, or manual therapy preferred
• Post-operative rehabilitation experience is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
