What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Physical Therapist position at Dynamic Physical Therapy?
Join Our Awesome PT Team This Winter!
Seasonal Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist (October – April)
California | Full-Time | Private Practice
Hey there, talented PT! Are you ready to swap burnout for balance and join a team that actually loves what they do?
We’re a small but mighty outpatient orthopedic clinic that’s been thriving since 2016 and we’re looking for a passionate seasonal Physical Therapist to join us during our busy season (October through April).
Our care model is refreshingly simple: one therapist, one patient, one journey. No bouncing between PTs. No aides. No PTAs. Just you and your patient, working together from day one to graduation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate and treat patients with all sorts of orthopedic conditions.
- Keep your documentation sharp, accurate, and insurance-ready.
- Progress patients safely, confidently, and with care.
- Problem-solve and roll with the punches as every day is a little different.
- Build real relationships with your patients and teammates.
- Occasionally help with admin tasks (not too much!).
- Respond to patient emails and calls with timeliness and kindness.
What You Bring to the Table:
- DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
- Active California PT License
- BLS/AED Certification for Healthcare Providers
- A passion for true 1-on-1 care
- An appreciation for a supportive team
What We Offer:
- A steady, seasonal position in a well-respected practice
- A predictable schedule: 11 patients/day 40 minutes of built-in paperwork time
- A team that values collaboration over competition
- A positive workplace culture that’s supportive
- Compensation & benefits discussed at the formal interview
Sound Like a Fit?
If you're ready to ditch the high-volume hustle and be part of a team where patients come first (and so do you), we’d love to meet you.
