Dynamic NC, located in Rose Hill, KS, is recruiting experienced 3-, 4-,

and 5-Axis CNC Machinists.

Experience should include the ability to perform the following job

duties;

• Familiarity with FANUC controls
• Firm understanding and familiarity with running 3-, 4-, or 5-Axis
  
  

CNC machines.

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings to determine
  
  

dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of

operations and setup requirements

• Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools,
  
  

attachments, accessories and materials in machines and tooling for

machining parts in accordance with internal setup documents

• Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as
  
  

speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters

commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control

media according to established guidelines and procedures

• Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out
  
  

of tolerance machining and adjusts machine control media as required

• Verified conformance of workmanship to specifications, using
  
  

measuring and inspection tools as necessary

• Confers with production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve
  
  

machining problems

• Adheres to internal health and safety protocols to perform duties
