- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Salary: $62,000 - $84,000 Annually
- Bonus: Participation in Quarterly Profit Sharing
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as ITAD's systems and process subject matter expert, partnering with Technology on integration projects and training teams on new functionality.
- Develop and implement quality control and audit processes to meet customer requirements and compliance standards.
- Establish and drive a standardized root cause analysis methodology for lasting solutions.
- Build and lead robust cycle counting and inventory control processes, tracking KPIs to monitor and improve accuracy.
- Collaborate across ITAD and Recycling to streamline material transfer and ensure consistent best practices.
- Refine audit schedules, report performance metrics, and present findings to leadership.
- Provide operational data analysis, including labor cost insights, to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
- Flex into cross-functional project support to accelerate ITAD initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering (or related field).
- 3–5 years of experience in data management, inventory control, operating system support, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms.
- Advanced skills in data consolidation, reporting, and analytics with strong communication and organizational ability.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management experience.
- Experience with Power BI and advanced data visualization tools.
- Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer.
- Familiarity with NAID, R2, ISO, or other quality/compliance standards.
