Dynamic Integrated Services (DIS) is seeking a motivated Organizational Change Specialist to support change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities across our EHRM contract. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping organizations adopt new processes, technologies, and behaviors. You will work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to execute change strategies, develop communications, conduct readiness assessments, and support training and adoption efforts.

- Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness assessments
- Develop clear, compelling communications such as emails, newsletters, talking points, presentations, and intranet content
- Support the design and execution of change interventions including training sessions, workshops, and briefings
- Assist with stakeholder research using surveys, polls, interviews, or focus groups
- Track and report on adoption metrics, risks/issues, and change progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth implementation
- Maintain documentation, templates, and project artifacts to support effective change delivery
Qualified candidates should meet the requirements and qualifications below.
- 3 years of experiencein organizational change management, communications, project support, or related consulting work
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Strong writing and communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into clear messaging
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience researching and synthesizing information from diverse sources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Mural, etc.)
- Experience working in federal consulting or public sector environments
- Experience with Oracle EHR/Cerner Millenium
- Experience conducting stakeholder research through surveys, polls, interviews, or qualitative analysis
- Familiarity with training development or instructional design
- Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMBOK, SAFe)
- Microsoft Azure and Power Platform knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Application Insights is a plus.
